It took years of intensive efforts via CBT, affirmations, acts of service, prayer, therapy, establishing meaning in my life, spiritual recovery, and more.
But I have indeed been able to shift my internal narrative/landscape from one of self hatred and feelings of worthlessness to one of self love and self worth.
Sometimes I revert to the old narrative/landscape, but the new one is the dominant/default one.
Progress not perfection. One day at a time.
