If you aren’t fine, please tell someone

Those of us with a mental illness or addiction need to talk to talk to someone about our thoughts and feelings when we get into dark places or are struggling.

Yet so often shame, guilt, fear, remorse, stigma, or societal pressure to ‘be strong’ silence us. Or we pretend to be ‘fine.’

And that leads to perpetuated misery. Or worse….

If you aren’t fine, please tell someone.
